The Property Managers' Association Scotland Limited (PMAS) is the leading Association representing professional Property Factor firms across Scotland. 

At PMAS we aim to promote best practice within the property management industry, providing our members with advice on legislative changes and arranging vocational training, conferences & seminars. Members seeking guidance on the Property Factors’ (Code of Conduct) (Scotland) Order 2012, which  was brought into effect on 1^st October 2012, can download a guidance document here.

All Property Factors must be registered by 1^st October 2012. The Application process for the Scottish Executive’s Property Factors’ Registration scheme is now all but complete and the register of property factors should be publicly available soon.  You can download a copy of the guide to registration here.
