Objectives
To encourage the efficient management of heritable property and the education and training of Property Managers. Under its Code of Practice, members are encouraged to employ the highest standards of management and to encourage continuing professional and vocational education. To this end the Association holds seminars on a regular basis, provides an annual conference for its members and supports the professional qualifications offered by the Institute of Residential Property Management.
To support improvement in the law relating to heritable property and the administration of that law and to provide constructive comment to Government and other agencies in connection with proposed legislation.
To liaise with other professionals and professional bodies on matters relating to heritable property and its management.
To aid members with information and advice relating to heritable property, management and changes in legislation.
