The Workshops

EV Charging Points workshop with Emily Stone, Energy Saving Trust 

Electric charging points are a current talking point among property managers, not just in Scotland but around the UK. The news is full of stories and there has been a huge increase in ownership of electric and hybrid vehicles. With this increase, comes a demand for charging points and getting these installed into car parks of jointly owned properties is a challenge, but will soon become essential. In the session, Emily will give advice and information on how factors and property managers can prepare themselves for this new challenge.

Institute of Residential Property Management with Andrew Bulmer, BSc FRICS FIRPM Chartered Surveyor andCEO 

Andrew Bulmer, CEO, The Institute of Residential Property will look at the new syllabus for Institute of Residential Property Management Accreditation. Andrew will review the new syllabus and before putting PMAS 2019 Conference attendees to the test in an interactive question and answer session.
