David Reid is the Managing Director at Life Property Management and has over 20 year’s experience in public sector, commercial and residential property management. Having joined the Property Managers Association in 2013, he has established himself as a key member of the team and has recently been appointed President of PMAS.
Nic is the Managing Director of James Gibb residential factors and has worked in property all his career, covering agency, relocation, letting and now factoring. Nic joined James Gibb in 2012 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company and adapting the business to embrace a range of innovations.
Immediate Past President
Alan Maxwell is considered one of the “elder statesmen” within the factoring community, having spent his working lifetime dedicated to the industry. Alan started out life in the factoring world working for the long established Harvey and Donaldson, before becoming a Director at one of today’s industry leaders, Hacking and Paterson Management Services.
George McGuire is the Director of Operations at Trinity Factors with offices in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. George was appointed to the PMAS Council in 2013. He has considerable experience of both property factoring and residential lettings having worked in the property sector for over 20 years.
Jacqueline’s depth of experience across the property management and factoring industry comes from 10 years with Life Property Management Ltd where she has led areas such as credit control, insurance, legal liaison and is now Head of Finance. As a council member for PMAS Jacqueline is focused on driving and maintaining standards across the industry.
Ross Watt founded Watt & Co Property Management in Aberdeen before merging with Newton Property Management in 2015. Ross is now a Director of Newton and manages their North of Scotland operations. Ross has a particular interest in returning distressed, older buildings to their former glory and in delivering large repair projects to factored properties.
Adele has over 20 yrs experience in strategic and operational management. Joining Redpath Bruce Property Management in 2014, her role involves working within the Redpath Bruce leadership team developing and maintaining business practices that create the highest levels of efficiency. Adele has a keen interest in building on a people focused approach within the PMAS to create smooth efficient
Dionne has worked in the Factoring industry for 4 years, building on experience gained in the house building sector. Having found a passion for tackling the challenges presented, it was not long before she was fully IRPM qualified and appointed a role as Senior Property Manager. Dionne is a recent appointment to the PMAS Council
