Alan Maxwell - President Alan has spent a working lifetime in property management. He was introduced to the profession by traditional Glasgow Factors, Harvey & Donaldson. He has spent the last fifteen years as a Director of Hacking & Paterson Management Services. That working lifetime has all been spent in the West of Scotland until 2006 when Alan "emigrated" to the east of the country to manage the Hacking & Paterson East of Scotland portfolio from their new Edinburgh offices.

Having been heavily involved in the repair grant funded tenement rehabilitations of the mid-80's, his expertise is now pointed in the direction of residential management, particularly in new build developments in Edinburgh and the east of Scotland.

Willie Hutchinson Willie Hutchinson is a partner in the long established management firm of J B & G Forsyth in Glasgow

Graham Mitchell Graham has been Managing Director of the family company of Grant & Wilson for ten years, working from both offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. As a Chartered Surveyor he is able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the management of owner occupier property and letting.

In addition to being a Member of the Association, Graham is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Residential Property Management.

John Walker John started as a Property Clerk with Macfie & Co. Management Services in 1995, dealing with a 'beat' of properties mainly in the Govanhill area of Glasgow. John was appointed Director in 2002 and joined the partnership in June 2008.

He deals with many aspects of running the business itself while maintaining a spot at the ‘coal-face’, managing a wide variety of modern developments throughout the West of Scotland.

Peter Warnock Peter Warnock is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a partner with R&W Hall Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers, Paisley and Glasgow. David Hutton David Hutton is Executive Director at Charles White Ltd with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. David worked as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Bank of Scotland and DTZ before joining Charles White Ltd in 2004.
