Any information that is saved is held safely on our mainframe computer with security systems preventing unauthorised access and we always ensure it is treated confidentially.If you contact us by phone, the call may be recorded or monitored to provide additional security and to help improve our service.

We may exchange information with other approved organisations but only for the purposes of underwriting and fraud prevention. However we will only reveal your personal data to third parties if it is necessary for the performance of any agreement between us, you have given your consent or it is required or permitted by law.

You have the right to apply for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may make a small charge to cover the cost of administration) and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
