Our members are able to assist clients in various financial issues relevant to the efficient management of their property. These services are an integral part of a successful factoring regime, and can include the following elements:

Payment of all repair and maintenance accounts, insurance premiums, wages, power supply bills etc. The managing agent will apportion costs among owners, strictly in accordance with the Deed of Conditions, and account to owners on a regular basis with a transparent billing of costs incurred within the accounting period.

Debt recovery procedures are part and parcel of any efficient accounting system. In fairness to all owners our member firms can help by pursuing defaulting owners for recovery of unpaid service bills.
