This is a brand-new web-based platform that Will’s team have been working intensely on.It will sit alongside the current 2.0 version and you will have a common login, so when you log in to 2.0, you will also be able to view 3.0. You’ll be able to switch easily between the product that runs your business (2.0) and the web version (3.0) that gives you portable functionality. We’re also working on Blockworx and INSPCT upgrades and new features, all with the aim of creating a full integrated solution.
As well as our software improvements, we’re introducing an Equal Business Stature approach to doing business, showing our level of commitment to providing you with a professional, first-class service and product, through our actions and the choices we make.
When I took up my role as Professional Services Director, I took on the responsibility of ensuring our clients are looked after, and you will have hopefully seen and experienced the benefit of the changes we have made to the Support arm of the business. We have introduced a feedback loop, in the form of the Net Promoter Score questions, which helps us to improve.
It is my hope that everything we are doing now at CPL HQ will help you deal with every challenge you are faced with, as we aim to elevate your digital strategy, so you can free up more of that very precious commodity – time.
