2024 Conference Speakers

Thank you to all of our speakers for their engaging and informative sessions at the Conference.

Julie GriffinFinding our inner balance and maintaining energy and focus through the practice of mindfulness and coherence.

We live in a world that is constantly buzzing with activity, demands and distractions. Amidst this chaos, finding our inner balance and maintaining focus can seem challenging. However, through the practice of mindfulness, we can achieve a state of calm, clarity, and enhanced concentration. This simple yet powerful practice can help us develop emotional intelligence and a deeper understanding of ourselves, our surroundings and the teams we work with for enhanced relationships and productivity.

This session will highlight some of the challenges of being human and how we can embark on a journey towards integrating a transformative practice that has the power to bring profound change to our lives and our mental, emotional and physical health.

In August 1986, he was invited onto the Board at only 23 and was responsible for the overall administration of properties in the North and West of Glasgow.  Then in 1989, only 7 years into his career, he became a Partner, continuing at the coal face, spending many evenings at homeowners meetings extolling the virtues of being factored.
