David Reid is the Group Managing Director of James Gibb Residential Factors. He was formerly the Managing Director of Life Property Management Ltd, which was acquired by James Gibb in 2019. George McGuire is the Director of Operations at Trinity Factors with offices in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. George was appointed to the PMAS Council in 2013. He has considerable experience of both property factoring and residential lettings having worked in the property sector for over 20 years.

Iain is an Executive Director at Speirs Gumley Property Management. He has 37 years’ experience in the Property Management Industry, 29 years at senior management level. He is a Past President of the Association and when he is not dealing with all things Factoring, he can be found toiling on the golf course.

Derek is Managing Director of Newton Property Management. Derek specialises in guiding customers through potential liability issues. Gordon is a Director of Hacking & Paterson Management Services, having joined the Board in 2017. Paul is managing director of Park Property Management and was appointed to the PMAS Council this year (2023).
