Nic is the Managing Director (Operations) of James Gibb residential factors and has worked in property all his career, covering agency, relocation, letting and now factoring. Nic joined James Gibb in 2012 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company and adapting the business to embrace a range of innovations.

Alan started out life in the factoring world working for the long established Harvey and Donaldson, before becoming a Director at one of today’s industry leaders, Hacking and Paterson Management Services.
Adele has over 20 yrs experience in strategic and operational management. Joining Redpath Bruce Property Management in 2014, her role involves working within the Redpath Bruce leadership team developing and maintaining business practices that create the highest levels of efficiency. Jacqueline’s depth of experience across the property management and factoring industry comes from 10 years with Life Property Management Ltd where she has led areas such as credit control, insurance, legal liaison and is now Head of Finance. As a council member for PMAS Jacqueline is focused on driving and maintaining standards across the industry.
George McGuire is the Director of Operations at Trinity Factors with offices in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. George was appointed to the PMAS Council in 2013. He has considerable experience of both property factoring and residential lettings having worked in the property sector for over 20 years.
Derek is Managing Director of Newton Property Management and a Past President of PMAS. Derek specialises in guiding customers through potential liability issues. As the Marketing Partner for PMAS, we support the organisation by ensuring their website is relevant and up to date. We research, write and publish blog content, manage and update the website. We help promote PMAS news and events by sending regular email campaigns as well as sharing content onto social media when relevant.
Azets, a ‘UK Top 10’ accountancy company, are PMAS’s finance agent and provide a variety of services including support with the setting of the annual budget and bookkeeping services including the preparation of the quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements. They also assist with the preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT returns and
