Following a busy month in July, we have kept the momentum going throughout August with lots of exciting updates on our social media. Here is a quick roundup for any of our members who may have missed them.  

Ad-Hoc Membership Promotion 

As always, we continue our ongoing promotion of becoming a PMAS member. This has included testimonials kindly given by current members and in-depth posts describing the benefits of being a PMAS member to both firms and individuals.  

2023 Conference Announced 

We announced our 2023 PMAS Conference which will take place on October 27^th at The Studio, Glasgow. The theme for this year’s conference is “Under Pressure: Keeping Positive and Finding Solutions”. August is the month we kicked off our conference promotion with the announcements of sponsors and speakers also coming throughout the next few weeks.  

Conference Sponsors and Speakers 

We kicked off the sponsor announcements by welcoming Indigo Swan as our title sponsor for this year’s conference. As long-term supporters of PMAS, we are delighted to have them on board as our headline sponsor in their 9^th year of supporting us. We also announced the first of our associate sponsors including Allied Surveyors Scotland PLC, BTO Solicitors LLP, Rainbow Restoration UK, Sedgwick, CPL Software Proptech for Property Managers, Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions Ltd and Gallagher. We will continue to announce associate sponsors on our social media as they come so keep an eye out for this.  

We had the pleasure of announcing our first speaker for the 2023 conference and welcomed Andrew Pain. Andrew is a Mental Health and TEDx speaker who focuses on men’s mental health, burnout, imposter syndrome, decision making and domestic abuse. More speakers will be announced on social media in due course to complete our exciting conference programme.
